Introducing our latest "Ready-to-Cook" product.... Fish Cakes!

A quick and easy meal for anyone on the go. Simply pull them out of the freezer and fry until golden brown on both sides. Made from a delicious blend of Salt Fish (Cod, Pollock, Haddock, Hake), potatoes, onions and seasoning.... lighlty breaded for a crispy coating. The main ingredient in this product is FISH!
Each fish cake weighs in at 3oz and is sold in packages of 4 with 15 packages per case.
Interested in buying them bulk for the service industry? They can also be purchased in unpackaged cases of 60.

Currently under developement and promising to be another family favourite.... Breaded Haddock!
Haddock Fillets, lightly breaded with a panko breadcrumb infused with a zesty lemon seasoning. As with our fishcakes, the main ingredient is FISH!
Our breading is there to enhance the natural flavour of the Haddock, not cover it up!

We have 2 styles of fresh baked beans in the works....
Traditional Homestyle Molasses Baked Beans and Canadian Maple Baked Beans.

These will be made fresh and sold on a first come, first served basis. No preservatives, no additives, no ingredients you can't pronounce!
